Tasting Notes: This is a harmonious blend of all the five Bordeaux cultivars. Beautiful and complex with a somewhat earthy nose, ample dark berries and
discreet chocolate nuances. Intense and concentrated with an excellent balance between fruit and oak.
Technical Specifications: TA 6g/L | Alc 14% | VA 0.7g/L | RS 2.5g/L
Vinification: The wine was fermented in French oak barrels (20% new, 40% 2nd fill and 40% 3rd fill). The wine matured 12 months in the barrels,
including extended lees contact. After maturation, the wine was stabilized for bottling.
